GA/GAT rubbersealedbit with roller bearing
GA/GAT series bit adopts rubber seal with roller bearing, which is the ideal and economical tool for drilling applications where middle to low WOB and high RPM are required.
The size range of HGA/GAT series bit is 12 1/4- 17 1/2 inch and its IADC code is 114 – 545.
Main structure features:
Sealed roller bearing structure. With rollers arranged in grooves recessed in the cone body, the size of the bearing journal is increased, therefore, with the ability of enduring high WOB and applying for high RPM.
Thrust bearing surfaces are hardfaced and treated with friction reducing technology.
All rubber compensator is used which can limit pressure differential and prevent dr曲ng fluid from entering the lubrication system and this provides the bearing system with good assurance of lubrication.
