Kingdream Oil Drilling Bits
Kingdream’s roller cone bit and PDC bit production lines are equipped with more than 300 sets of world advanced machineries such as 5-axis machining centers and FMS (flexible manufacturing systems) and can produce roller cone bits from 3-3/4″ to 26″ in diameter and matrix body and steel body PDC bits from 3-7/8″ to 17-1/2″ in diameter. Kingdream also owns many advanced testing and measuring devices including plasma spectrometer, TCI image apparatus, new type of composite drilling tester and 600kN rock bit drilling simulator, etc. and as a result, consistent quality of drill bit products are largely improved. Kingdream’s products have been licensed under API specifications and the company’s QMS has been certified to 1S09001 for many years. Kingdream also passed HSE certification for many years.

The roller cone bit line is available from 3-1/2″ to 36″ in diameter with 12 bit series to satisfy requirements for different drilling applications and conditions.
